Service Description
Pooches will get a relaxing bath massage using organic shampoos and conditioners, selected based on your dog's skin and coat, dry, brush out and de-shed of any guard hair. Nail trim, ear clean, eye clean and hygiene clean then spritz of perfume.
Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately, when you forget or cancel an appointment without providing enough notice, we miss the opportunity to re-allocate that appointment time slot and other clients miss the opportunity to receive our service. As of 20/03/2023, the following fees apply: - Upon scheduling an appointment, you will have 24 hours to hold the appointment slot and pay the specified 50% deposit amount. If after 24 hours the deposit is not issued, the appointment slot is released and becomes available to other clients. All deposits are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. - Clients who have missed a previous appointment will be asked to pay a 100% non-refundable deposit for the service upon booking. - Whilst we appreciate clients may be late through no fault of their own... any client who is more than 15 minutes late may miss their appointment time slot and lose their deposit. This is in order to make the effort to accommodate all of our clients scheduled for that day. *If you have an existing appointment scheduled prior to this policy taking place (20/03/2023) the deposit will not apply, but will be issued for all future appointments* Thank you for your understanding 😊 Jessiee Luscious Pooches 🐶
